This software is great and the response to our "quote form" has increased since implementing Jotform.
However, we've missed a week of business opportunities as it seems our business email address is blocked and the notifications have not been getting through to the correct person who would normally respond to them.
It has just been brought to my attention and I'm desperately trying to contact customers that we've not responded to quickly.
Our main email addresses is email@example.com and initially the notifications were getting through ok.
The reason I think they are now being blocked is that when I initially set up the notifications I used my email address firstname.lastname@example.org as an additional address to initially monitor all was ok. I instantly got a warning message saying this email address was on a "blocked" list so I changed it to my personal gmail address which works fine.
Could you check this for me. We really need the business email address to work properly with Jotform so we can respond easily from the correct email address.
We are a genuine company in business for 15 years and have never had this sort of thing happen before.
