I upgraded this month about 2-3 weeks ago and now its telling me I am out of space?
What exactly am I out of space with?

You reached the limit for a number of submissions and payment submissions per month. You can check your limits in this page https://support.jotform.com/myaccount/billing
The Storage plan you both covers the total number of submissions stored under your account. Which is 500 total for Free account.
So, at this point you can either upgrade or wait the next first of the month when your submissions will reset.
