"This email address is blocked by Jotform, please contact us." ?????

    My email alert stopped coming in when a client signs there form. When trying to set my email this is the message i recieve.

     "This email address is blocked by Jotform, please contact us."  So I am.  What do I need to do?

     

    On the link below...this comes up when working with email alerts.

    Hi ,

    I have now removed your email (2ema@comcast.net) from our bounce list. It should be working fine now.

     

    When the email has not been successfully delivered and the reason reported back to us is that the email was bounced, that email appears on this list.

    This sometimes happen when you're email service provider rejected our email at some point or when they're not available to received message from us.

    See the reason below for blocking your email address;

    Reason(s) : 5.4.7 - Delivery expired (message too old) 554-'imta08.emeryville.ca.mail.c= omcast.net comcast 199.255.194.33 Comcast Blocked for spam. Please see http= ://postmaster.comcast.net/smtp-error-codes.php#BL000000'
