This issue was not fixed. I still can't download my attachments all at once. The file downloads (it is quite large), but Windows won't let me extract it, nor does it show that it is containing any files. Is this an issue that Jotform is working on?
Also, the link given above to the new thread does not work.

I have tried exporting the data from your account and was able to extract the data without any issue.
If you are experiencing any issues with extracting data from the downloaded file, request you to try extracting the file using 7-zip or WinZip and see if that helps.

So, I passed it to an IT guy I know, who looked at it, and he said that the reason Windows can't open the file is because one of the folders didn't have a name. He was able to open it with 7-Zip. You may want to add that to your list of troubleshooting questions. Anyway, I got it open, and it appears to be working.
