Not receiving form submissions

Hello,

We are not receiving submissions.

Please update!

I checked the form (https://www.jotform.com/42895897984989) and the email address associated in the notification email is not in our bounce list. I did a test submission and I can see that it was sent successfully. Here's the mail logs:

Please check your email spam or junk folder. If you find JotForm emails please select all of them and mark them as not spam.
