Can I make a searchable database?

    I have two questions

1 - Can your site create searchable databases?  If so, how do I do that?

2 - When creating a form such as a membership form, can the information be automatically entered into an excel spreadsheet each time the form is completed?

    Thanks,

    Cory

    Hey there Cory 😊

1 - Can your site create searchable databases?  If so, how do I do that?

Although we don't have that kind of feature, perhaps you can use a report instead to allow others to search through your Submission Data. The HTML Table Listing Report and Grid Listing Report would probably fit your needs.

Otherwise, if this is solely meant for you, as the account owner, then you may search through your Submission Data from the Submissions Page.

2 - When creating a form such as a membership form, can the information be automatically entered into an excel spreadsheet each time the form is completed?
