    Disable Captcha on a form from url

    I am having a problem with the Captcha because when a user types a wrong key on the Captcha it redirects users to a blank JotForms page where they will be prompted to type a new captcha key.

    I think that this will scare users a little bit so i thought about asking for support about this problem and prefer to disable captcha temporarily until a solution for this problem is found.

    Below are the urls and ids of the forms that i am currently using

    Hi node57,

    Thank you for updating us and creating a new post for your inquiry.

    I checked your forms and found that they are under another user account.

    Can't you used this account to login to JotForm and simply modify the form?

    I meant, you can delete the captcha field and just re-embed the form to the website and that should get rid of the captcha field requirement on the forms.

    I am indeed using 2 accounts. The aprendenahora account is at work which will be the account where the forms will be used, i only have access to it when i am at work so i can only access it tomorrow.
    Here at home i am using this account just to try out the JotForms features (which are great!!).

    I completely forgot about that little detail, sorry about that!

    I will do as you say tomorrow as soon as i get to work.
