Form validation is not working correctly on show/hide conditions

We have some complex if/then statements going on via our form if certain conditions are met. The one that is puzzling is the fact the show/hide conditions are not working correct if someone has selected a check box on our form, but then they choose to go back a few steps...the form fields they filled out don't go away they pick another option.

You will it make it thru my form up until you decided on a location you want to work for in the USA or Overseas. Although I have the location in the US selected, I decided to go back to the top of the form and "pick a location" overseas.  The first form field on the example below controls a lot of functionality, but it doesn't remove the previous form fields if they have data in them? In this case I selected an option you may see in screenshot attachment

How can I make the appropriate regions disappear if I decide to go back and select a different work location?    Please take a look below. If you fill everything out, but don't submit...go back up top and select "PICK A LOCATION" overseas.  The local US data doesn't go away near the bottom of the field if it has been selected.  Can you help us?  The attachment will make more sense that this email. Also note, it works if there is nothing "checked".

Go to your forms edit mode, then click on Settings>>Form Settings>>Show more, scroll down and you will see the Clear Hidden Values drop down, there select the "Clear On Being Hidden" option instead of "Clear on Submit":
