Limit the number of participants base on the remaining slots available

    Good morning,

    im wanting to limit the number of participants who can come on my yoga retreat based on the number of beds available.(Retreat application form)

    I can fit 12 participants and so far there are 6 places booked.

    I want the form to stop taking bookings once the retreat is full.

    is there a widget to do this please?

    Ive cloned my form to have a play but not having much luck as yet!

    If I understand correctly, the 'Yoga options' were the one you wanted to apply the limitations to. Correct me if wrong.

    If it is, I believe it will work better if you used the Inventory widget + custom payment field instead.

    The inventory widget will be for the purpose of setting the limits for the number of beds available. Once all items were used up, the item will auto disabled and cannot be selected anymore.

    The custom payment field setup will allow payment collection.
