Help me add my forms

    I think I have determined why I cannot upload and receive forms from my website http://www.virginiascrapbookretreats.com

    I had added the registration forms on each page and it had been working until suddenly it stopped.

    I see it says I'm out of submission forms and normally I open up a new one (limit 5) I am only showing 3 being used and full. What is recommended that I do.

     

    I do not want to lose all the previous submissions How can I save them and where do they go when I save them?
