    I HAVE CREATED A FORM WOODBURY BUS TOUR

    HOW CAN I EMBED IT INTO MY PAGE THAT IS 1ST QUESTION

    You can embed your form to your web page by following this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/34-Adding-a-Form-to-a-Web-Page. 

    You can check the different embed codes under Publish->Embed:
