My Google Checkout Wont Capture Payment

    I've done everything correctly and I've missed out on about $100 in sales. Please help me out here.

    As a fellow marketer, I personally understand how much frustration this issue have caused you. However, I tried submitting your form but I get redirected to Google Checkout just fine.

    Would you mind telling us the exact problem with your form's Google Checkout payment integration?

    It shows the payments are incomplete, does this mean they ditched the cart? I appreciate the help.

    Indeed. If the submissions are dumped onto the "Incomplete Payments" section of your form's submissions page, that means the payment was not completed.

    It could be due to a variety of reasons, but what's most likely is that the user has abandoned the (Checkout) transaction page.

    Since the form sucessfully redirects to Google Checkout, I can confidently say that there is absolutely nothing wrong with its payment integration.
