stripe integration isn't working with form embedded in wordpress.com - https://rudemechs.com/offcenterteens/ - it just hangs at "please wait" after you hit submit.

I have checked your web page and tried submitting the form using test credit card information. I see that the error message displayed as it should.

I see the form is embedded using iframe embed code on the web page and it seems to be working fine. If you are still experiencing the issue, we request you to change the embed method using the default Javascript embed and see if that works.

Please get back to us if the issue still persists. We will be happy to assist you further.

    Hello Lana,

Thanks for keeping us posted. It might be due to loading of multiple sources from different domains which may be contributing to the slow loading of your pages. With a faster internet connection, this may be quite insignificant.

But if you believe that you can make it load faster by loading the form locally, you can get your form's full HTML source and put it in a separate HTML file, and then change your iframe source on the page to that local HTML file. Using this method you will be loading sources all from your web page and still make submissions to your JotForm account.

If you have questions or other concerns, please let us know.

    Thanks.
