    Jotform 4.0 builder page: Unable to edit fields on Microsoft Edge and Internet Explorer

    Hi.  My Jotform 4.0 editor is locked.  I can open a form to edit but cannot add, edit or move and fields or open the designer.

     

    Applies to all of my forms.

    I have tried to access your account on my end and I am not able to reproduce the issue you are having. Perhaps it is a browser issue that may be fixed by clearing your browser's cache or by using a different browser if possible. If I am wrong, can you help us identify the issue by providing us more information or screenshots of the issue you are encountering?

    I have tested in Chrome, which seems to work fine.

    I have tested in MS Edge AFTER clearing cache/history and it does not work.  Screenshot would not help as its merely the editor screen and nothing works.  I can open the left side bar but cant drag anything onto the editor or edit and fields or open the deigner.

     

    In IE 11 exactly the same as Edge. When tested in compatibility mode it does not go to the EU site and the old editor appears fro about 2 years ago.

    This has only just started happening I have been editing forms in MS Edge up to a few days ago.

    I addition and for your information the problem only occurs with Jotform 4.0.  I have reverted to JF 3 which seems to work fine.

    I was able to reproduce the issue you are having with the Jotform 4.0's builder page in both MS Edge and Internet Explorer 11.

    It seems that adding fields whether by dragging or by clicking it from the "Add Form Elements" is not working properly in both browsers.

    It will show that all changes are saved message but nothing appears in the area where fields should appear to be edited.

    You will know that the fields are there even if it doesn't show because when you preview the form, you will see the added fields. 

    The fields also show in the Condition and Emails. After visiting those sections it will now show the fields in the editor area but would still remain unclickable.

    We would like to apologize for any inconvenience. I have forwarded this concern to our developers so they can look into it and work with a solution. Although I will not be able to provide you any ETA to when this will be fixed, rest assured that once there is an update, we will notify you via this thread the soonest.

    Thank you.  Please not that there is also no access to Designer and, on mine, I cannot open any of the field attribute , conditions etc from the editor screen.
