I checked the email that you provided (wende1@comcast.net) and the email is included on our bounce list.
I have removed the email on our bounce list. Please check if you can now receive the emails from your form for new submission. You can also check/remove your email address from your end. To check/remove emails from your end, just follow the instructions provided in this article: How to Remove Your Email Address from Bounce List.
