Suspended five minutes into my first use of your service - not a great start!

    Hi Jotform, 

    Two things. 
    1 - My account is suspended for suspected phishing, which is kind of a bummer. One thing I think might be happening is that a bunch of people are making the same random form and maybe that trips some wires on your end. Our web development class is using your service, and the assignment involves making a form to a template the teacher gave, so they'd all be the same. 
    Also, I'm on plane wifi so maybe you find signals from somewhere over the Pacific sketchy. Also understandable. Anyway the account associated with my email is legit, so please un-disable it. 
    2 - Even before I was suspended (several minutes into my first use of jotform) the link to the form I made was dead. See the link below. Please let me know how to publish it.

    I checked your account (liamsynan) and your account was automatically suspended. I reviewed your form but I found nothing suspicious. I have activated your account again. You can now access your account and form properly. 

    For your second concern, when I activated your account, I was able to access the form properly using the link you provided: I did not encounter any issue when I try to access your form.
