How to break my form into several pages?

hello sir,

my test form is complete, thanks to jotform, but there r 2 problems

1. how can i enter user contact details

2. how can i give a link to next button inserted on form as there was no place on first page to open paypal page and

    contact form detail

1. If you mean to collect user contact details, we provide basic elements that make that possible, for example the "Full Name" element, the "Address" element and so on.

2. In order to have several pages in your form, you may add Page Break elements as highlighted in this screenshot:
