Are limits per account or per form?

Dear JotForm,

With the "Stater plan", can I have

             1) maximum 100 submissions per form  or

             2) maximum 100 submissions from every of my form combined?

Hello Tonsak,

It is the number two. Limits are per account and not per form. So 100 submissions will be a limit for all forms. And that is per month. So all limits will reset each first of the month.
