    Hi Andy,

I am not sure I got your question fully. Please provide more details so we can give you the appropriate suggestion/response too.

From what I got, you could be referring to your form in your My Forms lists. Every time you create a form in the Form Builder it is automatically saved.

When you close or log out of the Form Builder, your form will be saved.

    OR

If you were referring to how the user of the form can save partially completed form and how the user can continue using at a later time, there is option to save the user session as well.

Enable the Autofill feature of the form.

Let us know how we can be of further assistance.

Hi Jonathan, thanks for the quick response and sorry to not being clearer. If you look at this form

    https://form.jotformeu.com/cloudyireland/customer-set-up-request-ireland

as you can see its made up of several pages.

My question is if the applicant abandons the form after page 1, can I still access the part completed form?

    Thanks

    Andy

Thank you for providing us with the details. There is a feature on the form that can work for this also. Please review our user guide :

    How-to-Save-Forms-and-Continue-Later

It will need 2 forms though for this solution to work and page break must be present on the main form (which will work for you since your form do have them).

With this feature you can always review the user's session on your side also since the session can be loaded on any browser or computer. You will just need to load the session link provided in the email similar to what the user do.

Let us know if you need more assistance.
