A person complete a form yesterday, send it and I never receive it.
I try it today and I never receive the form. I checked the email, all seemed ok
the form is autonome

Your Hotmail email address has been listed on our bounce list. This is the reason why you are not getting the form emails. You seem to have changed your email to a Gmail address. Gmail should work for you. Feel free to test it with Gmail.
