Our apologies for any inconvenience that may have been caused. I've unblocked the email address in question. It was blocked by our system for the following reason: 5.1.2 - Bad destination host 'DNS Hard Error looking up msvb-music.nl (MX): NXDomain'
Taking the following steps may lessen the likelihood of any reoccurrence of the problem:
1. Change the Sender Email of your forms' notifications to firstname.lastname@example.org
2. Whitelist our IP addresses (see this guide)
3. Forward a copy of the reason for the block to your email provider to see what they can do about it on their end
