when I want to test my notification it pop up a message and it says my mail is blocked

    Our apologies for any inconvenience that may have been caused. I've unblocked the email address in question. It was blocked by our system for the following reason: 5.3.0 - Other mail system problem 550-'High probability of spam'

    Taking the following steps may lessen the likelihood of any reoccurrence of the problem:

    1. Change the Sender Email of your forms' notifications to noreply@jotform.com

    2. Whitelist our IP addresses (see this guide)

    3. Forward a copy of the reason for the block to your email provider to see what they can do about it on their end

    Please let us know if you need clarification on anything or if the problem happens again.
