How can I remove the "Please Run the wizard" message from my form?

When I preview the form I keep seeing a message in the form's pages telling me to run the wizard, but when I go back to editor mode I can't find the element which is causing the problem. I suppose that the issue is related to widgets which i didn't delete properly but I don't know how to fix it.

I'm going to upload a picture of one of the pages so you can see the issue.

Please, if someone could help me fix this I would appreciate it.
