I tried to reset my password today, June 17. (Midday Pacific time). I put the e-mail address above into the appropriate box and clicked the button. Nothing happened. After many hours I did not receive an e-mail message about resetting my password.
I'm almost finished with one form and need to create another. I would appreciate your assistance in helping me reset my password, hopefully on Monday.

Have you created an account in JotForm? Can you share the username with us.
I checked the email account you used on this post, there was no associated user account in JotForm.
