i was created some forms and i cant see it now..

All your forms loaded on each of the pages you mentioned on your post:
I'm seeing you're from Turkey and it seems we have issues with some ISPs from that region.
If your internet service provider is Turk Telekom, you should be able to view your form but you may need to wait for other internet service providers (such as Super Online, etc.).
It would also help if you could share your public IP address, DNS details, and your ISP so we can forward it to our Developers.
For the time being, change all your EMBED CODE SCRIPTS and remove the EU part on the domain to make it work.

The problem is that you created your forms from a guest account: guest_70227390952053 and not from this one: apeks. So your forms are there, they are just under a different account.
We can try to move those forms from guest to apeks account if you would like?
We'll wait for your response.
