Not receiving email notifications on form submissions

The phone number doesn’t seem to work.
Can someone please look into our account as it seems that our Reference Request forms are not coming through.

I have examined the form and found that it's using the email address admin.reading@stottandmay.com as a recipient.

I then checked this email against the bounce list, and found that it's in, which explains why you were not receiving email notifications:

I have removed the email address from the bounce list, so you should be receiving emails properly from now on.

That email was on our bounce list but it was already removed. As I can see on its mail logs that it's been receiving emails already from Jotform successfully.

Can you please double check for me.
As there are 2 reference request forms:
· Reference Request form - (this form I am still having issues with. There was a form submitted 10 min ago and it didn’t come through to admin@stottandmay.com mailbox.
· Reference Request form – Reading ( you have fixed it this morning)

Here are the form I can see in your account, that contain "Reference Request form", along with the email recipients set in their email notifications, and the status of those emails with regards to our bounce list:

1. Reference Request Form (http://www.jotformeu.com/form/52462268661358) has admin.reading@stottandmay.com as recipient, and this address is not in our bounce list.

2. Reference Request Form (Security Clearance) (http://www.jotformeu.com/form/61886223126355) has admin.reading@stottandmay.com as recipient, and this address is not in our bounce list.

3. Reference Request Form - Reading (http://www.jotformeu.com/form/63334724641353) has admin.reading@stottandmay.com as recipient, and this address is not in our bounce list.

As you can see, none of the forms that you have, related to "Reference Request" are set to go to admin@stottandmay.com. Instead, they are all set to go to admin.reading@stottandmay.com and that is happening properly.
