All our sub accounts are restricted to free limits. Please help

    Hello,

     

    We are a Gold Account customer and have a number of sub-accounts with you. 

     

    Our sub-accounts are now restricted to the minimum level of form views i.e. 1000 and minimum level of data storage. This despite being part of the parent account. 

    This is an urgent issue. Can you please contact me urgently to explain how to fix this.

    Please be noted that the account upgraded will only be having the Gold limits and not the sub-accounts. Since the sub-accounts are registered as separate accounts, they will be having their own subscription plan. If you want any sub-account to have more limits, it is required to upgrade that account as well.

    Since the parent account DailyMirror is having the Gold account subscription, the forms in the sub-accounts can be moved to the parent account so that the forms will be affected with the parent account limits. Please take a look at the guide below that can help you with more information on sub-account users.
