Why Advanced Designer Not Retaining Settings?

If I make changes to a form via the advanced designer, save them, and then return to the advanced designer later on, it seems to revert back to some defaults and I have to do everything over again. I looked around in the forums and I saw some of your staff saying this had been resolved, but it is currently happening to me.

I tested our Advanced designer with clones of your forms and I couldn't replicate the issue. Please try the following:

How to clear your form cache

And

How to clear your Browser cache

If neither helps please let us know so we can investigate further.
