I am trying to reset a password or access old forms. The person who set it up is gone but we can access the email that she used.

I would like to start using these forms again but rather than loose all the old information, I would like to access it. Can you help. You can also email me at marycook304@gmail.com if the mcook@prayconstruction.com is bouncing back.

Could you share a link of the old forms you are trying to access? If you have the account username or email address registered for that account, please share it.

If you have access to that email address, simply click on the "Forgot password?" link, enter the account username, and the reset instructions will be sent to the registered email address. Let us know if you need more help.

The email was not the user name. I know we have used jotform, because we have received responses from surveys we sent. We do not have the information about loggin in. Can you search for it by looking for pray construction? Thanks!

The email she would have used is lgillenwater@prayconstruction.com. I tried to select forgot password, but that was not accepted, saying they did not recoginze the username or email. 

I checked our email logs for the address lgillenwater@prayconstruction.com and the form I found was the following:

It is titled "Pray Construction Contact".

It looks like your form was created in the personal account of the person who set up your form.  The username is elkviewweb and the email address for the account is cjc@cjclevinger.com. 

Unfortunately, we cannot give you access to that account or transfer the forms to your account without their permission.
