How to integrate JotForm with helpdesk ticketing system?

    We are currently using jotform for our Maintenance Request Form, and we've realized that it would be great to have a way to track the progress of these requests. ( ie, "Unaddressed, In Progress, Completed" etc). Sort of like a help desk queue. 

    Is there any way to do this within Jotform? Or do you know if an integrated service that would allow us to do this?

    Hello and thank you for contacting our Support.

    We don't have a direct integration, but you can check this third-party integration through Zapier: It is an Integration with Zendesk ticketing system. So it will create new tickets in Zendesk with each submission.

    I didn't test it honestly since it requires Zendesk premium account apparently.
