Why was my account downgraded?

    I paid for a full year of Bronze on December 7, but recently received an email that my account was downgraded.  My account is now set to the free account and is out of storage.

     

    Also, it is ridiculous that there is no form of phone support.  I have paid money for a service and I am not currently receiving it.  I need this problem fixed ASAP.  I am currently shopping for other sites to host my forms.
