How can i keep my form from getting added to the block list? its is def hurting our business on a daily basis and that is not what we pay for. We pay you guys monthly we should not have this issue with the bounce back list regardless of what email we chose to use that is no where in the instructions on the form that you have to have our own email for it to work correctly having said that i need the issue resolved and resolved asap

The email address pic**@pic********ess.comi s not in our bounce list anymore.
Please note that there is no way to permanently whitelist any email address to ensure it does not get added to the bounce list. The emails are bounced back only when the receiving email server rejects our messages.
Here are two options we suggest in order to solve the issue:
#1. If you are to use a custom domain like @pickleexpress.com, then you should setup the pertaining SMTP setting to send emails (notifications and autoresponders) https://www.jotform.com/help/244-How-to-Setup-SMTP-for-a-Form
