Received an out of space notice

Hi,

We have the Bronze package and I recieved a message that we were out of space. Can someone please check our account? We do not recieve 1,000 monthly submissions and will not be upgrading.

I checked your account and did not see an active Bronze subscription.  The account is currently over limit for payment submissions.  Free accounts can only receive up to 10 payments per month.

Do you happen to have your most recent subscription confirmation number?  As far as I can tell, your subscription was cancelled April 17th 2016.
