I had to purchase something and it charged me $100

    Please refund the $100.  I had to purchase a bronze plan because the site INACCURATELY told me that I had reached 100 forms for the month which 100% is not true.  This is the second time that this has happened.  Please advise.

    I do not see any other subscription or extra charge besides the monthly Bronze subscription you have, can you share any reference or subscription number of the $100 extra charge?
