I just got locked out of my account when I changed my password!

    Sadly, I just updated my password and now I cannot login to JotForm. Any assistance, please?

    You should be able to reset your password from the same email address again.  If the password reset is not working, let us know and we will have a look.  There is no reason I can see that you would be locked out of your account.
