I have upgraded my storage per month but still isn't showing on web`

    Please help me asap I am unable to accept applications on my website. It said I was out of storage so I upgraded it still isn't showing application on my site. I have it but it shows blank beside the "Join Virginia Scrapbook Retreats" description was a form for an application. NO LONGER THERE I have been fighting with this all day.HELP ASAP

    Hi mertful,

    Your account is suspended. This is the reason why your forms is not working properly. I checked your forms and all of them are asking for credit card information which violates our terms of use

    We can activate your account, but we need to delete all the phishing fields. Keep in mind that once we deleted it, all data associated with the deleted fields will be remove. 

    Please confirm so we can start deleting the guilty fields and activate your account.

    Is there a form that they can use that allows them to pay by card by directing them somewhere else.

    Was it necessary for me to upgrade then once the files are deleted doesn't it open up storage space?

    I see that your account is already been activated and it is good in standing. Please refrain from adding such fields to your form to avoid any further suspensions of your account.

    If you need to receive payments, it is required to use one of the payment methods available in the form builder. These payment methods comply with the PCI/DSS security standards to process the payments securely.

    Thank you for your help!! All is back on the web. I was not aware my card processing wasn't proper on the form. I will use other options in the future.
