Jotforms nearly reached limited

    It says my account has nearly reached full (100 submissions) however I upgraded my account a few day ago to a 1,000 submissions and my account states that too. Can you make sure it has upgraded properly.

    Though you did upgrade your account, the account that has your forms is the user "Amyma".  That is the account that is current over limit.  If you would like, we can move the form to your "harveyknight" or we can cancel and refund your subscription for the harveyknight account and you can subscription using the Amyma account.

    Let us know how you would like to proceed and we will take care of which ever you choose.

    If you move the form over will it affect the forms being used? If it doesn't then please go ahead.

    I have moved the forms to your harveyknight account.  They should no longer be showing as over limit.  This does not affect your forms with one exception.  If someone was accessing them from the Amyma  account, you would need to share the forms with that account as a sub-user:
