Why conditional email is not sending?

    I set up a condition if I met 2 condition to delivery an email, but once I run the process the email it wasn´t deliver

    I have checked your form and I can see you're hiding one of the fields involved in the condition, your form is currently set to clear hidden fields values when submitting the form and this is why the condition never gets met. 

    What I would suggest you is to change your form settings, to do so, go to the settings tab and click on the show more button:

    Scroll down and set the clear hidden field values to don't clear:
