Hello,
I am building a new form for a client of ours. They are a medical clinic running a weightloss program. Eligibility to the program is dependent on the participants Body Mass Index. I see that JotForm has a BMI calculator that can be built into forms. But, is it possible to continue the form based on the results of the BMI calculator? For example, if the user has a BMI greater than 32 it would continue on to the patients form, but if their result is less than 32 is would end the form there?
Thanks,

You can perform calculation in the form using a calculation field:
https://www.jotform.com/help/259-How-to-Perform-Form-Calculation-Using-a-Widget
It is also possible to assign values to options that are non-numerical:
https://www.jotform.com/help/301-How-to-Assign-Calculation-Value
Based on the number produced in the calculation, you can show/hide different fields in the form:
