I started to receive an e-mail with unreadable characters when the customer send me message in Japanese. This problem is just started 10days ago.

Do you see the same issue in the submission as well?
I checked the submission for form https://www.jotform.com/51373147647358, but could not find the issue
If you could the form again with the data causing issue and let it sit in the Submissions, we would be able to test further.

submission is nothing problem but when I receive it via email, the letter is broken..

Thanks for the update but you missed by basic request.
If you could submit the form again with the data causing issue and let data stay in the Submissions, we would be able to test further.
I need data to find , what specific kind of data is causing this.

Regarding Email Bounce List
If your email id is in the bounce list you can remove yourself by following the instructions provided at :
This usually happens when the messages are rejected by your email service provider. Regarding Apple Email
Without sufficient test data if is difficult for me to offer support.
However, you can set another copy of email sent to a different email id and see if that helps
