Can the data create or update records for a specific Campaign, Contact, Account, and associated Opportunity Record via the same form?

Hi Yelena,
Can you please give us more details on what you are trying to achieve? If you mean one of the CRM integration with JotForm, you may consider reading this guide about Flexible Data Integration With Salesforce where you can customize the data fields for your contacts and leads.
However, if I misunderstood your concern, do get us back.

Thank you for your response. I reviewed the guide, and have further detail
to add to my question -
"3. Now, choose the type of data that will be transferred from the form.
Use "Contact" for people and "Lead" for companies."
When someone fills out the form, will all of the details go into either the
Lead, Contact, or Account object in salesforce? Can you direct it towards
campaigns?
Thank you!

Yes, you can add them to a campaign directly from the wizard when setting up your integration between a JotForm form and SalesForce.
The first step is to authenticate your SalesForce account, then you match the fields between the form and SalesForce.
Finally, you'll see the field to add your campaign ID, and any new submissions/records will become members of that campaign:
We recommend that you do try out our integration, and let us know should you need further assistance.
