    Hi,

Sorry about this. There may be a replication delay problem with some of our domains. To fix this, please change form to www on your form URL, example:

    FROM:

    http://form.jotform.us/form/21674601295151

    TO:

    http://www.jotform.us/form/21674601295151

    Hope this helps. Thank you!

Will the http address eventually work? If so how long does it take to update?
Also...is this just a temporary problem or will I always have to keep this in mind?

My suggestion above should work, using 'www' would give you an instant update of your forms.

I'm sorry if I forgot to mention, this is a temporary problem on our end. We are now looking in to this.

Thanks for reporting by the way.
