Prepopulated values are not shown in the fields in our iPhone mobile app

I have a bunch of forms that are identical on my mobile app The Big Reveal.  They are vendor inquiry forms so each one is simply for a different vendor but asks the client for their name/email if they are interested in the service.  As the client is going through the bridal show, I don't want them to have to re-renter their data each time.  It seems to "duplicate" the information ok on a samsung but not on an iphone.  Is there a setting I need to change for this?  Is it an Iphone vs galaxy issue?  Is it a setting on each persons phone?  Need some help.

I am not sure if I understand your query correctly. Did you embed a pre-populated URL on your mobile app - The Big Reveal and the data is not filled correctly on iPhone? If so, could you provide us with the URL of the form with prepopulated values to check the issue? Also, please provide us with your mobile app details to see if we can test it from our end.

Let us know if you are referring something different.

We will wait for your response. Thank you!

It’s not pre-populated. I have about 60 forms. Each form represents a different vendor at a trade show. Clients can look at each form and indicate if they are interested in the vendor and then enter their name and email to get info from that vendor through the app. My app developer told me that once they entered their info once and clicked “submit” that it would then come up each time they went to fill out a new form rather than someone having to type in their name and email every time. She has tried on her galaxy and says it works. I’ve tried on my iPhone and it doesn’t. The name of the mobile app is The Big Reveal (it’s a bridal show app in the app store). Not sure what other details you need, just let me know.

I understand that when the form is submitted on the app, it should be redirecting to the same form with the name and email prefilled. I would request you to provide us with the direct link to the app from the app store so that we can check it and provide you with necessary assistance.

The following guide might be helpful in passing the form fields to another form.
