Hi, good day. Can you make a video of this? So that it will be more clear. Thank you and I'm looking forward to your reply.
This is a re-post of a comment on How to send Submissions to Your MySQL Database Using PHP

I'm sorry, but we don't have a video guide for this article. We will try to have one and let you know here. For the meantime, the guide should help you send your form submissions to MySQL Database. I'm sure that will work for you. If you need help, let us know here.

Thank you. May I ask, if the form can be access offline and submit the data directly into my own database (MySQL)? Without directing to the Thank you page?

Please be noted that JotForm is an internet based service and it is required to be connected to the Intenet for opening the form. You may fill the form offline after opening it. However, since it is required to connect to JotForm servers to store the submission data, it is required to connect to the internet again.
Since the MySQL database connection and other functions to post the form submission data to the database can be scripted in a PHP file, it is required to redirect the Thank you page (custom page URL).
Hope this information helps!
