The client said they received a thank you after clicking the submit button, but we never received the file to our email to download. Can you check to make sure that my form and account are working properly?

I have checked the forms where you're accepting uploads and I can see the files were uploaded properly and showing in your submissions page, upon checking the email history I can see files are included in emails too.

You could also provide us the form where you're experiencing the issue and we will be glad to further inspect it from our end.
