Can a form be disabled on a specific date or if it reaches a certain number of submissions?

Hi! I would like to have these options:

    Activate on date (not available)

Disable on date (which is already there)

Disable on submission limit (which is already there)

But I would also like to use these three together. Today I can only choose one. For example I have a form that should be enabled on a specific date, and disabled on another date OR before if it reaches 200 entries.

The enable date is something that we still do not offer.  The disable on date and submission limit feature is there though.  It is the last option in the list.  That option will allow for being disabled if it reaches the date or if it reaches the submission limit, which ever one comes first.
