Form disabled

    Hi,

     

    I ran into an issue with a form being disabled and I realized that credit card information was not permitted. I have since removed that part of the form but still will not display.

     

    Can you please help

    I checked your forms and they look to be within our terms of use.  I activated your account and your forms should be usable once again.
