-DESEARÍA REALIZAR UN FORMULARIO CON USUARIO Y CONTRASEÑA O SIMILAR PARA QUE UNA VEZ QUE UNA PERSONA RELLENE EL FORMULARIO MAS ADELANTE PUEDA EDITAR EL MISMO POR EJEMPLO SI CAMBIA DE DIRECCIÓN, TELÉFONO ETC.

-NO DESEO REEDITAR TODOS LOS DATOS SINO TAN SOLO MODIFICAR LOS CREADOS CON ANTERIORIDAD.

Login form are not allowed. Also it is against our Terms of Use to create forms that are used to collect login credentials, such as username and password. 

Phishing. You agree that Company may terminate your JotForm Service immediately if a form's purpose is found to be deceptively obtaining: sensitive credit card information, social security numbers, user login credentials, or other sensitive personal information. All these activities are considered as Phishing and any account along with the violating forms will be suspended immediately.
