Get choices to show up in google sheets

    Hi,

    So most of my form is raido buttons that i turned into pictures. (I attatched a picture of it) 

    Long story short i am using google sheets for another process to collect data but when one of the radio buttons is selected it just input a blank on google sheets.

    How do i fix this? 

    It doest need to display the exact text in the picture just like an ID number or anything.

    I have cloned your JotForm to my account and integrated with Google spreadsheet. When I sent a test submission to the form, I see that the field values are properly inserted in the spreadsheet.

    Could you try removing the Google spreadsheet integration on the form and try reintegrating again to see if that works?
