I added a new user and she couldn't log on. I logged out after resetting my password last night. Now it won't let either of us login...

Your account (cgcasting) is currently in good status. If you're having issues with the login credentials, please try resetting your password in the Login Page.
If you're still having issues, please wait for 30-60 minutes before trying to login.
Also, JotForm version 4 offers a collaboration feature that you can invite a friend or co-worker to work on the same form in real time.
You can share your account to someone by making him/her as a Sub-user. Please check this guide: How-to-Share-Forms-with-a-Sub-account-User.
